I've been longing for this since 1996,
There's been something in my heart I just couldn't fix,
It's been fifteen long and hard years,
But were finally back!
Since 1882 the year we were founded,
We've not really had any success,
yet sadly many things we've had to address.
But things are looking up for the QPR,
Neil Warnock's freed us of the Championship siege,
And up to the Premiership, why not champions league?
We've got rid of Bernie Ecclestone,
Who's gone back to his cars at Silverstone,
Now we've got Tony Fernandes who's brought the cash,
That he's ready to splash,
Forever and ever we'll follow our team,
We're Queens Park Rangers!
We rule supreme,
We'll never be mastered,

We'll stick the blue flag up yer arse,

From Stamford Bridge to Wembley,

I actually wrote this poem last year for my English Homework. I've been going through my room and clearing out all the shit and I found it. In the poem I say I've been longing for this since 1996.. I was actually born in 97 but that's when we were last in the topflight sooo sshhhhh!! Also in this poem I talk about Neil Warnock being the manager to take us into the Premier League, in the short time since this was written we've actually had two other managers. The club is going through a bit of a rough time at the moment only one win so far this season :/ But I think now is a good time to post this and renew my faith in my club.
